I was excited as soon as I saw Pretty in Pre Loved online as it is so local. I didn’t hesitate booking an apt to find my perfect dress. Sadly nothing I tried on in the first apt felt like “the one”, I was however kept up to date with new dresses so I could book another apt. I came the second time and fell in love with a dress, I was even allowed to come back and try it on again before committing. There was no pressure to purchase anything, just the time to find the perfect dress and an expert opinion!. I cannot recommend this place enough, I just wish I had an excuse to buy more than one dress from here

I cannot recommend Sarah and Pretty in Preloved enough. Such a perfect, personal wedding dress shopping experience.

Sarah was warm, welcoming and friendly and extremely talented at finding me the perfect dress from her collection.

The studio is also beautifully dressed, private and comfortable.

Buying a dress from pretty is preloved was an absolute pleasure

This shop is an absolute gem! Sarah was so welcoming and has a great selection of dresses available. She does not charge for the appointment (like a lot of boutiques do) and was very patient and friendly throughout. I would thoroughly recommend this shop especially for more environmentally conscious brides who would like to consider preloved dresses. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Sarah!

I really appreciated Sarah's lovely, calm approach: she didn't make me feel rushed despite the fact I tried on quite a few dresses as she has a wonderful collection. she went out of her way to let me come back the next day for a second try despite it being her day off and I didn't feel pressured to purchase even then. I would really recommend her and can't wait to wear my beautiful dress next year!

I had a wonderful experience at pretty in preloved. I travelled an hour to see the dresses available as always wanted a second hand dress and it was completely worth it. There was a lovely selection of dresses and Sarah made you feel very special and never rushed you into making a decision. I found the one and Sarah was happy to ask her seamstress about alterations and allowed me to come and try the dress on again before buying it. I can’t wait to wear my dress on my wedding day. Thoroughly recommend Pretty In Preloved Bridal! Sarah was quick to respond to my initial message and gave an initial appraisal of my wedding dress and veil within a couple of days. I was at her studio within the week to drop off my items. Sarah was in touch as soon as one of my items had sold and I was paid the same day via BACS.

Can't thank Sarah enough for helping me find my dream wedding dress. Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made me so comfortable and relaxed, I never felt any pressure to buy. The boutique itself is gorgeous and the whole experience was so lovely and stress free. Would highly recommend, cannot wait to wear my dress!

I could not recommend Pretty in Preloved Bridal any higher!! Sarah is so kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. She provided me and my guests with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival along with white slippers and a robe for changing (all while being a free appointment). Sarah has a fantastic collection of dresses with a wide range of styles in all different sizes. There was one dress in particular that I loved but I knew I didn’t want to rush the decision. Sarah was so understanding and let me come back a week later to see the dress again after some consideration. Getting my dress preloved has inspired me to consider other ways of making our wedding more sustainable - all thanks to Sarah’s wonderful boutique!!

I cannot recommend Sarah and her beautiful dresses enough. I knew I wanted something preloved but was nervous about availability, options and quality but WOW Sarah had so many stunning dresses I really was spoilt for choice. She was amazingly patient with me as I had no clue what I wanted to start with, helped talk through my ideas on how to style the dresses and gave me all the time I needed. It was such a great experience for me and my family so thank you so much Sarah!

After a not so great experience at another bridal shop I saw that Sarah had a cancellation and decided to go for it.

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel so welcome and there was even a bottle of bubbly.

Sarah has put together such a fantastic choice of gowns and it was a struggle whittling it down to one. I’d have happily brought at least 3!

There was never any pressure to buy or to hurry the appointment along, I was able to take my time, try on the dresses more than once and argue with myself until I’d made my mind up.

I’ve come home with a gown I’m absolutely in love with and cannot wait to wear!

I went with an open mind and I was so surprised at the amount of gorgeous preloved dresses Sarah had at her studio at fabulous prices!

She was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome instantly.

Had a fantastic experience selling a brand new wedding dress which I didn’t end up wearing for my own wedding. Process was so easy. Would highly recommend and I’m so excited a bride gets to wear the wedding dress as it was gorgeous!

After making the hard decision to sell my dress I contacted Sarah about how the process works. I had a response the same day and within a week had took my dress to the studio. Left my dress with Sarah and within a short time I had a message to say it had sold and someone had fallen in love with my dress. The payment was processed super fast and I couldn’t have been happier with the entire process, start to finish!

Sarah made me feel like she really cared about my dress and finding a new bride to fall in love with it. The studio is light and bright and you get such a wonderful feeling as soon as you arrive. Even though I was selling my dress I couldn’t help but have a look at all the beautiful dresses whilst I was there. Such a good variety of sizes and styles.

Sarah is brilliant, kind and helpful, and keeps you updated throughout the time that she has your dress. I can't thank her enough for selling my dress. Amazing service!

Just wow! I absolutely love everything about this place - Sarah is amazing and makes you feel so relaxed from the get go, you still have the full bridal experience but don’t pay thousands for the privilege and it’s sustainable. I couldn’t believe the choice that there was and the variety. Really happy. Thanks again! X

Incredible service so professional!! Made to feel instantly welcome and comfortable and it was such a lovely vibe with no pressure ! After trying on countless dresses picked by the bridesmaids and myself.. Sarah picked out a dress that was incredible and is now my dress !! I said yes to the dress and I say yes preloved bridal !!

Went in this evening and found a beautiful dress! The service was brilliant a gorgeous selection of dresses and in my price range

It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and the whole experience was just perfect. Firstly the place is gorgeous and the perfect size for a private experience to try on dresses and have my mum and 2 bridesmaids there. Sarah is so lovely and relaxed and made the experience fun! There is so much choice for dresses and I found my perfect dress on my first visit! Having Prosecco was also a lovely touch!! Will be recommending to my friends as I couldn’t have asked for a better experience of finding my wedding dress!

Sarah you are such a lovely lady you made my mum, myself & my son feel very welcome & at ease, what a wonderful little business you have made for yourself giving others the opportunity of being able to wear stunning Preloved gowns, you have such a gorgeous selection of gowns to choose from, with your help & guidance I was able to choose my dream dress & I cannot wait to wear it.
